About The Event

KEY  DATES AND DEADLINES

  • EARLY BIRD Entry Fee Closes –  SUNDAY 18 JUNE 2023
  • ENTRY Fee Closes – SUNDAY 25 JUNE 2023
  • WORK RECEIVED  - TUESDAY 4 JULY TO SATURDAY 8 JULY 9 am – 12noon (Any commercial mounting systems must be compatible with BICAS hangings systems- please contact to clarify)
  • OPENING NIGHT - FRIDAY 14 JULY 6 PM
  • EXHIBITION OPEN - SATURDAY 15 JULY to FRIDAY 4 AUGUST 
  • MONDAYS 9am - 1pm TUESDAYS - SUNDAYS 9am - 4pm
  • WORKS COLLECTED - SATURDAY 5 AUGUST 9 am – 12 noon
