We will cover in each of the sessions:

  • How to correctly set up your meditation space including Savasana pose

  • Mini NSDR meditation (30 minutes)

  • Questions


To be held in the Board Room.


Bring a blanket or mat to lay on and wear loose/comfy clothing.
